Hi Summer, how's it goin'?

I'm not much of a Summer person, but I guess that I'd better welcome it with open arms because a)I am living in Australia and there's no real escaping the heat, and b) This means that I have an excuse to wear heaps of florals, summer wedges and tie-dye shorts like the above.

Prada SS10

I was just wanting to know if I'm the only one who didn't love the Prada SS10 show? Everybody seems to like the embellished shoes but I really dislike them. They sort of remind me of plastic kiddie shoes with the Velcro and cheap looking jewels. Sometime Miuccia can come up with amazing shoes but other times she leaves me thinking 'What?'

Any thoughts?

Now everyone's favourite perfume comes with stickers and a green lid. Leave it to Marc Jacobs to come up with something so cute (to go with something that was cute to begin with). Now you can not only smell pretty but have some stickers to play with too!

The Mushroom Effect at Christopher Kane

Christopher Kane's first ever resort collection is genius. I love how Kane has gone for a natural approach without using florals. Instead, he uses a part of the world that can be seen as both natural and industrial. I admire his choice of not having the hem lengths all at the same above-the-knee length and opting for longer dresses with shape. I also adore the shoes.

I will be on the lookout for future genius Kane collections!
